Shipping Method

  • We utilise tracked delivery for all orders to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your purchase

  • All products unless stated otherwise on the Products page will be dispatched within two business days

  • UK deliveries will take up to 3 business days from Dispatch date.

Custom Items

  • All custom items are considered pre-orders

  • For custom items, please be aware that production typically takes 2-3 weeks. As such, we advise allowing up to 5 weeks to receive any custom orders. We appreciate your patience as we craft your unique, personalised pieces with the utmost care.

  • We will do our best to accommodate reasonable modification requests depending on progress with production or dispatch
